Australia Day Free Family Fun Day – Rippleside Park, 11am – 4pm
This is a FREE community event sponsored by the City of Greater Geelong. Ceremonial flag raising ceremony – 1pm.

Festival of Sails – Waterfront Geelong, 9am – 9.30pm
This is a FREE event supported by the City of Greater Geelong. Citizenship ceremony – 10am. (RGYC entry free and no passes required).

Australia Day Polo – Howard Glover Reserve, Eastern Park, 11am – 5pm. This is a ticketed event. Experience a thrilling great day out watching world class professional polo players with fabulous fashion, food, wine and entertainment.

Avalon Airport Fireworks Extravaganza – Waterfront Geelong. Starts at 9.15pm

Anglesea: Australia Day celebrations on the Anglesea Riverbank – Traditional Lions Club breakfast 8am

Torquay Taylor Park – Winner of join citizen of the Year award presentation Citizen of the Year awards – 10am

Wyndham: Australia Day celebrations at Wydham Harbour (50 Quay Boulevard, Werribee South, exit at Duncans Road). – Free activities start at 5pm, including carnival rides, classic car display, face-painting and children’s art workshops. With performances all day from various entertainers
