Come along to join us in meditation guided by Tanya from Mindnesting, and workshops on self love, self care by @kimelisecooper and @empower_her_health’s journey in empowering women, along with Laura van Noordenburg (thats me) in which learning the motivation behind A Place For Her and the benefits it will bring to Geelong in coming together for Mind Body and Soul.
